Well, people who own this rice cooker and expect the performance of Zijirushi and Panasonic will be disappointed because this rice cooker couldn’t performance well when there more or low water when cooking, it’s need more precision! Just look at the feedback from one of the user then you will understand: “This is the worst rice cooker I’ve ever used! I’m Asian, so I know what a good cooked rice should be like. This rice cooker does not cook!! Rice always come out undercook. I tried following the direction in the manual, tried different ratios of rice vs water, followed instruction in the rice package, tried different type of rice. IT ALWAYS UNDERCOOKED! – S. Green “Well, I don’t recommend this rice cooker if you really don’t know how to cook with precision, because with other rice cooker make by Zijirushi and Panasonic, most of the rice cooker allow you to make mistake ( whether with low or high water ), the rice still come out perfect.
