Perfect rice can be cooked every time with this small, modern-looking appliance because of the fuzzy logic technology. What’s so great about the rice cooker is that I can also cook other stuff in it! This includes stew, soups, oatmeal, cornmeal pudding, porridge, polenta, quinoa, beans, steam fish and vegetables.

A tip from me: If you need to feed only 2-3 people and like to steam stuff a lot, go for the ECJ D55S. The steamer takes up some room in the rice cooker so if you buy a smaller capacity rice cooker, you may find that there is not enough room inside for both steaming and rice cooking.
